I’m Megan Murrie, the creator of The MeganM Method‍. As a personal trainer with 10 years of professional experience.

I have supported, helped & motivated thousands of clients over the years to become a better version of themselves both physically & mentally. As part of my programme I will continually encourage & support you every step of the way. I will help guide you to achieve your goals.

The MeganM Method offers a variety of different workouts for all levels of fitness. There are three trainers on the programme who deliver an individual style of training to suit all abilities. We also continually develop ourselves on different branded programmes.
