I’m Megan, a yoga teacher and personal trainer based in Fife,  Scotland. I believe practising yoga is a simple way to stay healthy and happy and I’m on a mission to help others find an easy way to practice yoga and improve their lives.

I teach online fitness but soon realised that something was missing. Through a journey of self-discovery and having a spiritual awakening I started to heal past trauma through yoga and meditation. I found myself again and connected on a deep level to yoga which lead me to training in Greece to do my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Qualification.

I have never been flexible and I was diagnosed with Endometriosis. Yoga helped me heal and manage my condition which gave me my life back.

Seeing my flexibility and strength change on the outside was a nice bonus but the inner feeling of lightness, calm and peace was my biggest motivation to keep practising. With yoga, I learned a more sustainable way to deal with stress and anxiety, make conscious choices, heal and be present in the moment. Now I want to share this with the world.
